Fred Allsop
Fred Allsop is an award-winning Production Designer from London. Whilst studying Fine Art Painting at Chelsea College of Art, he began his career as a runner before progressing through art departments into roles including researcher, storyboard artist, agency creative and art director before establishing himself as a production designer. Over the past fifteen years Fred has designed a wide range of projects spanning feature films, commercials, innovation campaigns and immersive experiential work across the UK and internationally.
Feature film credits include All My Friends Hate Me (dir. Andrew Gaynord, 2021), which premiered at Tribeca before its BFI theatrical release, and Restless (dir. Jed Hart, 2024), which also premiered at Tribeca. Most recently, he completed work on a four-part series with Silverback Films, directed by Barny Revill, due for release on Netflix in 2027. Fred’s work has received multiple awards, including Best Production Design at the Birmingham International Film Festival for Turn of the Screw and at the Women’s Film Festival for Spoor.
