Rebecca du Pont
Throughout her career as a stylist and set decorator, Rebecca du Pont has gained a reputation for her powerful and distinctive sense of style. She has brought her talents to many different sectors, from events, fashion and advertising stills, commercials and films, and formed lasting professional relationships with high-profile production companies, directors and photographers. Each project bears her sophisticated signature.
After studying Fashion at Saint Martins, Rebecca started her working life as prop scout and decorator to architect Nigel Coates, completing several hotel and restaurant projects in the UK and Japan. Since then, Rebecca has gained a huge breadth of experience, with a key strength being her impeccable sourcing and decoration, helped by a global address book full of specialist shops, makers and skilled artisans.
Her client list is an illustration of her ability to get the job done with professionalism and flair, and Rebecca is also known for her excellent research skills, which include deep historical knowledge of period fashion and interiors.
Because she has worked in film, Rebecca brings a dramatic sensibility to her design work. She has a feeling for narrative and character development that enables her to respond with sensitivity to her clients’ stories, creating interiors with personal depth and lasting beauty.
