Simon Clift

Simon has worked in the industry for over twenty five years. After starting out as an apprentice to a Matte Artist he quickly moved into model making and scenic painting. With a young family at home, the role of Prop Master became the preferred route with a few forays into film on “The Calcium Kid”, “Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy” and “Mouth to Mouth”. In 2021 after years of working exclusively as a Commercials Prop Master an opportunity arose to work on the docu-drama “Missile from the East “. This project re -ignited Simon’s passion for long form and led to the Standby Art Director role on Apple drama series “Liason”.
