Ella began her career as a creative strategist in London advertising agencies before a pandemic-shaped happy accident landed her in the art department. Over the past six years, working primarily as a Buyer and Stylist on commercials, she’s developed a strong grounding in creative problem-solving under pressure and thrives in the collaborative, fast-paced nature of set life.

Her background in psychology, strategy and cultural intelligence continues to shape the way she works. She understands the thinking behind a brief and enjoys translating ideas into visual language – whether that’s building reference boards, identifying cultural cues or simply sourcing props that feel true to a brand, character or story.

Naturally curious and professionally incapable of minding her own business, Ella is fascinated by how people live, the homes they aspire to and the objects they accumulate along the way. She’s always hunting down the details that tell you who someone is – and believes it’s those details that make sets feel authentic and believable.
