Alex has always had an interest in art from an early age, but it wasn’t until the age of 16 that he discovered a passion for model making. After leaving school, he attended a foundation course at Camden Working Men’s College in 2015, where he decided to pursue a career in film by making models for set pieces and being part of the design process.
After graduating from the Set Design for Screen course at Wimbledon College of Arts (University of the Arts London) in July 2019, Alex began working in art assistant and model making roles to enter the industry. In his spare time, he continues to develop personal art projects and expand his portfolio by learning new skills and adding new examples of his work.
He is currently working towards roles as a Model Maker, Art Department Assistant, or Junior Draftsperson.
