Sophie Newman is a Set Decorator and high-end Senior Assistant Set Decorator with over twenty years experience, who has worked on many award-winning and globally acclaimed productions including HBO’s TV drama series, Succession, the Fantastic Beasts film series and Bond film No Time to Die. Sophie has worked with leading Production Designers including Adam Stockhausen, Stuart Craig, Neil Lamont and Mark Tildesley and Dennis Gassner on films by renowned directors such as Steven Spielberg, David Yates, Sam Mendes and James Mangold.

In between long-form work Sophie has worked on many brand campaigns with commercial production companies including Paul Weiland Film Co, Lucky Strike, Outsider, Traktor, Partizan, Rattling Stick, and Department Purple. This includes working with commercial Production Designers such as Jamie Leonard , Mark Lavis, John Ebden, Ben Smith, Jim Clay, Robin Brown, David Lee, Nick Ellis and Maria Chryssikos.
