Film & Drama: Art Director | Assistant Art Director

I hold a BSc in product design and have worked in the film and televison industry since 2013 beginning as an art department assistant, prop maker and set builder. I first began art directing commercials in 2017 and transitioned to drama and narrative work in 2019.

As a result of my product design and construction background I tend to specialise in liasing with construction and SFX to achieve specific shots whether that is having an ice bath instantaneously turn into a hot tub or have a hero bedroom burst into flame and then miraculously change colour.

I have a great affinity for practical set builds and effects and always prefer to have elements captured in camera if at all humanly possible.
